Changing your password or email

Reset your password or change your email from your Profile page. Get to the Profile from the person icon in the header, top-right.

On your Profile page, find these options in the ‘hamburger’ menu just to the right of your name.

Once you click Reset Password, an email is sent with a link to reset your password. This does not log you out and you can ignore the email if you choose not to reset your password.

You can change your email but make sure you comply with your program’s policies about what email to use. When you change the email, this changes the id you use to login and the address to which Prograds sends notifications.

You have to enter your current password to be able to change your email. The change is instantaneous and you are not logged out.
