Faculty Adding and Editing the Student’s Progress Page

How to add, edit, and add notes to requirements, events, funding, and employment on the Progress Page

Faculty can add formal Requirements, Events, Funding, or Employment to a Student's record. However, more commonly, the Student will add in these parts of their profile. The Faculty member can then Approve completion and add notes
 

The popup boxes that show details of Requirements, Events, Funding, and Employment allow users to enter Titles, Descriptions or Notes, Dates, and Attachments.

For certain Event types, such as Reference Letters and, the creator specifies whether it needs to be completed by someone. That person will then get an email notification that the event has been created, with a link back to the event in Prograds.
