Milestone and Requirement History (for Auditing)

How to see who has completed, approved, or exempted milestones and requirements, and when.

There is a record of changes to the Completed, Approved, and Exempted status of milestones and requirements. It’s accessible from the teeny history icon to the right of the Exempt button on the milestones and requirements detail views. This icon is only accessible by users with administrator status.

These recorded changes are not editable, which allows for an authoritative audit of changes.
