Students Graduating or Leaving the Program

How to set students as graduated or left-the-program.

Setting Graduated or Left Program

Students graduate or leave the program. You don’t pay for those students, but you can retain them in the system. To do this, you set their status on their profile page in the middle of the area near the top.

Viewing Graduated or Left Students

These students are not displayed by default in the People Dashboard. Administrators can view these students from the ‘hamburger menu’ at the top right of the Students list. (It looks like thislink)
